Cloisonne enamel is the art of metal and glass merging and its manufacturing process is quite laborious, because all the details require hand processing. At first a silhouette is made of thin metal thread which is later colored with special colored powder and in some stages, it melts at 800 degrees Celsius. After that, it is processed by goldsmith.
